In 1987, Jim West purchased good friend Rufus Preston’s landscaping business when Rufus decided to retire and West and Sons Landscaping was launched. Through the years, Jim and sons, Jason and Ben, added plant design and installation, sprinkler system design and installation, and hardscape design and installation to our services portfolio. Jim’s wife, Betty, retired in 2012 from a 25 year teaching career and also assists in the business.
